Zsolt brings over 20 years of international expertise in security, risk management, and strategic advisory in complex, high-risk environments in Latin-America and Africa. Zsolt studied international relations and national security at Georgetown University. Zsolt has held senior security positions in telecommunications, banking, private security, financial advisory, and risk management across Latin America. Zsolt has delivered geopolitical analyses for corporate clients and media and has shared his expertise as a lecturer at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and the Budapest Metropolitan University. Zsolt is Hungarian and fluent in English, and Spanish.


Bailey is a geopolitical and security analyst from the United Kingdom. He has a BA in Politics and History from Newcastle University and a PhD in History from York St. John University. Bailey provides a wealth of experience from his work in financial services, UK and EU-based foreign policy think tanks, academia, and the third sector. Bailey also publishes frequently about a wide array of geopolitical issues in outlets from around the world. Bailey is half-Argentinian and speaks Spanish.

Stefan is a senior researcher at the Hungarian Institute of International Affairs. Prior to this, he was a senior researcher at the Centre for International Relations and Sustainable Development (CIRSD) and managing editor of Horizons, CIRSD’s flagship quarterly journal. Stefan received his BA and his master’s degree from the University of Manchester in political science. His writings have been published in a number of publications, including the National Interest, South China Morning Post, and The Geopolitics. Stefan also appears on national television to provide his insights and analysis on contemporary geopolitical events. His main areas of interest focus on Europe and Central Asia. Stefan speaks Serbian, English, and Russian.
